  • Librarian-at-large (one-year-term)
  • LTA/LA-at-large (one-year-term)
  • PSA-at-large (one-year-term)
  • Page-at-large (one-year-term)
  • Page-at-large (one-year-term, two positions)
  • Maintenance Worker-at-large (one-year-term)
  • All Other Classifications-at-large (one-year-term)
  • Trustee (three-year term)

exclamationOctober 27th Update: Due to technical difficulties with the Colonial Life Enrollment Center phone number, it may be easier to fill out this form and submit to Council 2. The form can be scanned and e-mailed to c2everett@council2.com or faxed to 1-800-891-6548.

Enrollment is currently open for a new $10,000 life insurance benefit through Colonial Life. This benefit is paid for by Council 2 and is free to all members.

The $1000 life insurance policy Council 2 currently provides will no longer be available after December 2017. This new benefit replaces it, but members will need to enroll, since it is with a new insurance provider.

Enroll before October 31st to access this benefit.
